Complete your order by faxing or mailing it to us with appropriate payment
(i.e. check or money order payable to "Learning Port" or credit
card information filled out). You will receive any

| We ship most orders on the day received for orders
received prior to 2:00 PM PST. |
| It takes from 1-7 days to deliver most orders. We can't guarantee
delivery times as we are not in control of delivery services (see
"how orders are shipped" below). |

orders are shipped |
| We ship orders under 2 lbs. by US Postal Service
Priority Mail. Delivery time is 2-4 days on average (except
during the holiday season, when it takes an extra day or two more for
many orders). |
| We ship orders over 2 lbs. by UPS Ground.
Delivery takes from 1 to 7 days, with most orders arriving in 3-6
days. |

| Orders over $60 ship for free. |
| If your order is $60 or less the shipping charge is
$4.95. |
| Foreign orders are charged shipping based on
the foreign address and weight of the order. Please place your
order on-line and request a shipping quote in the "special

for a shipping quote. |
| Expedited shipping. Please call us at
619-449-0600. We will ship UPS Expedited
Shipping Service as you request (1 day
service most areas and 2 day service to some rural areas of the US). |

Returns |
| We want you to be 100% satisfied. If you're not, please return the unused
merchandise
in new condition to us within 30 days for refund or credit for the full amount of the
merchandise. To provide this benefit and continue to offer puppets at
competitive prices, we will not refund any shipping charges nor can we
